Why is Mathematics Tutoring Important?
Although Maths often has
daily impact on our lives, Maths is still a common area
where a lot of students and their parents experience
difficulties.
Whilst it may be
easier to ignore this problem, overcoming it is the best
option given that extensive studies have shown that
students that excel in
Mathematics also achieve greater success in other subjects.
An understanding of Maths
is not just about complex manipulation of numbers but could
also have implications on a students’ future career.
Taking the Struggle out of Mathematics

tutors try to make mathematics more enjoyable by utilising
practical, real life or
real world examples. It is not uncommon for our
teachers to taking existing questions and change variables
in order to create questions which students can relate to,
and would like to answer. In doing so, our students no
longer view Mathematics as a robotic process but rather as a
process of gaining knowledge that can be used in the outside
world. This allows us to counteract the negative view that
Mathematics involves a lot of useless concepts that will
never be beneficial in the future.
