Our People

The Alpha Omega Education Team is comprised of full time, part-time and casually employed staff.

As a private and fully owned Australian company, Alpha Omega Education prides itself on hiring intelligent, knowledgeable, highly skilled, fluent, and often young but always optimistic personnel.

We find that people with these attributes often bring a higher degree of passion, enthusiasm and commitment, hence being more likely to relate with children and better capable of providing practical and meaningful learning opportunities.

Our course co-ordinators, teachers and/or tutors are carefully selected according to stringent recruitment policies and procedures that are overseen by our human resource managers.

All our staff have been interviewed face-to-face, have had their qualifications and references checked, and have undergone police ‘working with children’ safety checks.
